Customer Support Advisor - Gloucester

MG Cannon Limited are an award-winning, vehicle accident repair centre with sites in Dorchester, Gloucester, Plymouth, Salisbury, Swindon and Westbury. 

About the Role

Due to a period of growth, we are keen to recruit and retain talented people who can play a key role in our business and keep up with its rapid growth. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, confident, organised and well-presented person to join our team in Gloucester as a ‘Customer Service Advisor’.

You will be the key point of contact with our customers ensuring that they experience the quality that all customers at MG Cannon have grown to expect, once you have welcomed them into the Gloucester site. Further responsibilities will be managing customer calls, again engaging with all customers (internally and externally), prepare and maintain customer records and update customers on the progress of their vehicles.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, have demonstratable experience in customer facing skills. You have a desire to develop, grow and succeed and have a cheerful disposition and have excellent people skills. 

Any training needed to fulfil the role will be provided. You must have a full clean driving licence.
