All six MG Cannon accident repair centres remain fully operational and open for business as usual: Dorchester / Gloucester / Plymouth / Salisbury / Swindon / Westbury.
As a socially responsible company, nothing matters more to us than the safety of our valued customers and employees, so we are strictly policing our COVID-19 safety policies to continue to protect you and our Team. As the situation develops, we will continually evaluate our position and we will make every effort to keep our customers notified of any changes.
Social distance procedures in place: We are following the government advice to minimise social contact where possible by reducing the number of visitors to our premises.
Personal Protection: Hand sanitiser product is available and easily visible. Our sites are thoroughly sanitised to a strict cleaning rota.
Keep Our Workplace Safe: As part of our safety measures, we require all visitors to wear a face mask before entering our premises and social distance of 2m between employee and visitors must be respected.
NHS Track and Trace: All customers and visitors are asked to check-in using the NHS Track and Trace App by scanning our QR code which is displayed at various key points at all our sites - an alternative check-in method available for visitors who do not have a smartphone or have not downloaded the app.

- Please Note: We understand more serious and hidden damage cannot always be estimated by photos alone. We will call you to arrange a safe appointment if this applies the case of your repair after we have viewed your images.
Courtesy Cars: Whilst every effort will be made to meet your needs, we are taking precautions to minimise the risk of contributing to the spread of COVID-19 by reducing all multiple touch points wherever possible and suggesting alternative solutions to using a Courtesy Car.

At Point of Collection: All payment transactions will be electronic. We will sanitise keys. Any documents will be transferred by trays.
