Robert Snook, Group Director today announced the company’s latest acquisition, the Platinum Accident Repair Centre in Frome.

The Platinum Accident Repair Centre (Frome) will close and all bodyshop staff, approvals (Vauxhall, Toyota, Nissan, Skoda, Renault, Dacia and Hyundai) and work will transfer to the MG Cannon Westbury site.

Robert adds “We’re very happy to announce that all staff from the Platinum Accident Repair Centre will transfer to our Westbury site. We will take care to ensure our new employees feel comfortable and welcome.”

“The Platinum Motor Group is a good cultural fit for us, as a well-established family owned business with high standards and a reputation as one of the leading players in the southwest. Acquiring their Frome Accident Repair Centre and team of experienced and highly-skilled technicians and VDA staff will add and enrich our already skilled workforce”.

We believe that they will ensure a good employment environment for our Frome bodyshop team members, and a high quality and reliable bodyshop partner with whom the Platinum Group can work with ongoing”.
